I am writing to complain about the cleaning service
to our flat. The woman you recommended is not good
at cleaning. I had problem with my husband, because,
the flat was dirty.
The flat has problems with electric, in the bathroom
there is no water, the floor of the livingroom is broken.
Another problem is, we can not find the key of the windows.
