I'm writing to complain about the house that you're renting to my husband and I. We moved into the center of Guayaquil between Los Rios Avenue and Esmeraldas Avenue the last week. We are happy with the house, but there are some problems.

First, the balcony is damaged and dangerous, Another problem is, the wooden floors are moth and the houses is very uncmfortable, and the neigborhood is very noisy. We can't sleep every day.

We have called you all the weekend and asked for someone to fix these things, but your mobile phone is off and we are very unhappy and we need to contact you.
