Dear Mrs. Caroline

I am writing to complain about the service offered by your company. My girlfriend and I visit to 5000 Zimbra center on Febrary 25. I am smile with the office, but I had many problems.

First, the office is very small , there wasn't with infrastucture desired. Another problem is, I can't find a easy access to the desk because is very unconfortable. This office hasn't air conditioning, the office is very noisy.

I went your company two times and  not heed me, would you please contact me, as soon as possible
