Letter of complaint

Mr. Willson

I am writing to complain about some problems in the house, in the kitchen room the dishwasher is broke and in the bathroom the door is broken too. 

I need you to solve these problems immediately because I've had many difficulties since I live here, besides I'd like to remind you that in the next week I will complete the first month here and I'm not going to pay the rent until you attend my request.
