Dear Mr. Marcos,

I’m writing to complaint about the service provided by your Restaurant. My best friend and I went to eat in your Restaurant and we had to wait too much time for parking the car and then we had to wait other more time to find a table where to sit, after all that time we could order. My best friend ordered rice with a lot of beans and I ordered yapingacho, the problem was that the people who work there weren’t kind and didn’t bring our order fast.

First they brought plates that we never ordered, the food was cold, the juice was without sugar, and other things that I want to forget.

My best friend and I had a bad time in your Restaurant, we said ‘‘for this we spend a lot of time’’.

Would you please contact me as soon as possible to let me know what you are going to do about this?
