I am writting to complain the service of internet offered by company. We are very serious in the management of our business.

This problem with the internet has caused difficulties with my wife´s work.

First, I can´t acess to some page, I need to pay for having acess to pages as face book and hotmail. It´s headache.

I emailed your office 15 days ago, but I haven´t had a reply.

I´m very unhappy about this kind of service.
