Dear Sir or Madam.

I am writing to complain about a journey with your transport company Expreso Milagro on 1 June from Guayaquil to Milagro.

My bus was delayed with twenty minutes but your staff did not give me any information and in cooperative’s shops did not have drinks, food were expensive.

The bus was dirty and uncomfortable and there were no free seats, I had a very bad journey.
I am not satisfied with your service and I hope to receive a refund  for the uncomfortable journey.
