I'm writing to complain about the service in my flat.
I moved in your towwer block, flat number 30, on May 10. At the beginning all were ok but unfortunately one month ago there were problems which I still have to face today.
First, air conditioning is broken, which makes the flat very hot in this time of the year. Another problem is, there isn't water everyday and I remember that the contract said " water for 24 hours", also the internet acces is very bad and sometimes I have to work at night and I really need it.
I've telephoned you but when I've done it no one answers.
I hope you can solve those problems soon because I'm very unhappy with this service.
