Dear Mr. Duke

I am writing to complain about the flat we have rented you, my friend Gabriela and I moved into 205 Kennedy on october 10. All was happiness with the flat, but unfortunately there have been many problems.

First, the elevator is broken and the flat is on the seventh floor, we have to take the stairs. Another problem is, the shower of hot water doesn't work properly. Also, we can't open the basement's door, this is not possible, the basement is the  most comfortable place in the flat.

We have written to you four times to come around and fix these problems, but we haven't had a response yet.
