Dear Mr Robert,


I am writting to complain about the service provided by your hotel. I moved into Ramada Hotel two week ago. I'am very happy with the apartment, ut one week ago unfortunately there are problems.


First, the service of the  pool isn't very clean . Sometimes I have found rubbish in the pool. Also the service og internet is bad. It fails frequently, this is a big problem because I always use the internet for investigations of the university.

I've telephoned your hotel but no one has answered. I'am very unhappy about this service

Would you please contact me as soon as possible to let me Know what you are going to do about this?
