Im writing to caomplain  abauot  the service proviced by your agency  . Imoved into  9 de Octubre AV 71 and esmeraldas on may 31 .I generally  happy with  the new apartment,but  unfortunataly there area number problems
FIRST.the living  room has a broken window,another  problem is the flat is near  the junior high school is very  noisy and  the flat hasnt got a swinming pool.
I ve telephoned your agency  tree times and askes for someone to come around and fix these things,but no one has come . I emailed your office on  june 2 but again .I havent had any  replay. Im very unhappy abaout this level of service.
would you please conctact me as soon as posible to let me know .what you  are going to do abaout this?
