I am writting this letter to complain about flat that you rent us.

My friend and I moved into 201 Center City in the flat on April 15.

We are happy with the aparment, but unfortunately thre are some

problems.

First, the cable tv service doesn´t work. Also, we haven´t had hot water

for five days it is terrible.

We have called your house two times and talked about this topic, but we

haven´t had any answer.

So, I am writting again for it is problem.
