Dear Mr.Maximo

Iam writing to complain about the service is terrible. I moved in to building San jose at room 36. We were satisfied with the service and the room, by three months.

First, the shower doesn't has hot water. Another problem is, I can't find the key for the flat roof. Also, the internet doesn't work good.

I'm telephoned your agency and asked for someone to come round, but no one has comes, I haven't had a reply about this service.

Would you please contact me as soon as posible to let me know what you are going to do about this?
