Dear Mr. Peter Mussfeldt

I'm writing this letter, because 3 months ago I moved in this flat,
I have had serious problems and complaints.
The flat es very comfortable and spacious, but in the kitchen there is a gas leak.
Every day I have to check the cooker. Other problem es the door doesn't close well,
I can't lock the door when I leave home so I think that someone is going to break into my flat!

And finally the air conditioning hasn't worked, I can't live in this situations.
