Dear Mrs. Sevestre
I am writing to complain about the service provided by your agency. I moved in 318 Urdesa Norte on January 3. I'm really happy with the apartment, but unfortunately there are a number of problems.
First, the phone is damaged and i can not communicate with customers. Another problem is, the water heater has not worked for a week.
I have telephoned your agency a few times and nobody answers.
Would you please contact me as soon as possible to let me know what you are going to do about this.
