Dear  Mr. Rueda

I am writing  to complain about the service provided by the landlord 

I moved  in to sauces 2  on ontober 24, I am unhappy  with the apartament

because there are many problems.

First the bathroom is very ugly and the shower  is broken, the internet  always fails and tv cable 

doesn´t work either .

I´ve telephoned  you twice  and  no one answers.

Iam very upset because no one attends my problems.
