I moved on 3 weeks ago into your apartment #5, but unfortunately I had some problems.

First, the windows are broken and I can´t close them.

Other problem is the laundry it´s always closed and I can´t find the key of the door.

Also, the neighbor of the apartment # 4 always makes parties, and the music is very loud and I can´t sleep.
