Dear Mr. Acosta
I am writing  to complain about the service provided by your company. I want to fligh to California on January 6. In all flights i do not have problems,but unfortunately in this was the exception.


First,when i was  the station hostess for all my documents ,the hostess was inpolite and the boarding passes,seat number ,baggage tags were not corrects and flight departure was delay .
